Stretch task number 6

Steve Jobs was a incredible man who made an impact on our lives. He influenced the technological and social world. Without our MacBook’s and IPod’s our lives simply wouldn’t function the same! Unfortunately Steve Jobs life ended in 2011, but his legacy will forever continue. This legacy wasn’t the easy to develop; it took many years of hard work, determination, disappointment, and success. One of Job’s best inventions was the IPhone. The IPhone consisted of original features and advancement that had never been explored before. When The Google software Android came out it basically was a copy of the IPhone’s techniques. Too Jobs this was not fair and very unprofessional, he was livid. This shows that even through the pain of cancer and competition Job’s still has out done himself.

PC: then and now!

If you take a moment to realize how fast modern technology advances you might be blown away. Think about the annoying red numbers on your app store application for the I-phone. It constantly reminds you a particular app has an update! That update doesn’t just mean "press me so the obnoxious number can go away!" it means that the app is constantly being renewed and improved. I think the reason we do not notice these updates very often is because we are so use to them. Does anyone remember the old PC computers? I know I don’t! who knew if only displayed green text? I sure didn’t! I think the article "The PC: Then and Now" doesn’t just show us technological advancement, it reminds us our world is in constant change.
